I’m a born and raised West Sider, a makeup lover with too many products, and a proud pet mom to a chunky cat and a 130lbs Bernedoodle. I’m Jess Burwick, a licensed cosmetologist who loves helping clients feel relaxed, cared for, and more confident in their skin. I bring a lighthearted, passionate energy to my work and love sharing product knowledge, fun facts, and anything I think might help or brighten someone’s day. My goal is always to support, educate, and create a safe, comfortable space, whether someone wants to chat, unwind, or enjoy a quiet moment. I chose this industry because I believe in its power to transform people inside and out. Outside of work, I’m a mom, an animal lover with two dogs and a cat named Meatloaf, and a fan of coffee, tea, pickled anything, aquariums, and DIY projects (even if I’m not great at them).

What I love most about this career is helping people feel confident and walk out with a smile, whether it’s from the perfect lash lift, a glass‑skin facial, or that ultra‑smooth dermaplane glow. I’m all about results that make you feel refreshed, confident, and cared for, and my goal is for every client to leave feeling just as good as I do after providing their service. When I’m not in the treatment room, you can usually find me hanging out with my dog and my boyfriend, soaking up time at the park, or binge‑watching a great show. I’m also a big music lover who thinks she can sing… but don’t worry, I save that talent for outside the spa.

I bring humor, warmth, and care into every service. Outside of work, I’m usually with my dog Arlo, a 4‑year‑old pitbull/terrier mix and his part‑time foster cat brother, Robert Redford.

I’m Stacey Goheen, an Advanced Esthetician who’s energized by helping clients feel confident, empowered, and completely at ease. I love creating a calming, safe experience while building real relationships and customizing treatments with care. My own skin struggles led me into this field, and they fuel my passion for supporting others on their journey. Outside the spa, I’m a health and fitness lover and a mom of three—Hayden, 11, and twins Harlow and Hudson, 7. I lead with kindness, reliability, and teamwork, and I can’t wait to meet you in the treatment room.

I’m Grace Clausen, an Esthetician and Lash Artist who loves seeing clients get excited for their service and leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. As an experienced lash artist, I focus on helping every client feel comfortable during their appointment and confident afterward. I chose this field because I love helping people feel beautiful, meeting new faces every day, and being a calming part of someone’s routine. When I’m not at the spa, I’m usually gaming or spending time with my cats. Kindness guides everything I do.

I bring a calming energy and pay attention to every detail so you feel comfortable and understood from start to finish. I chose esthetics because I’m passionate about helping people and believe self‑care matters, especially as life gets busier. Outside of work, I’m usually cuddling my cat, trying new skincare, or staying busy with friends and family. Kindness, trust, and consistency guide everything I do, and my goal is always to help you feel beautiful inside and out.

I’m Heather, Spa Coordinator, and I love being the first calming connection for our guests. I’m reliable, organized, and focused on making every visit feel seamless for both clients and the team. I chose the spa industry because creating peaceful, positive experiences is truly meaningful to me. I value kindness, consistency, calmness. I enjoy helping shape a relaxing, welcoming environment from the moment you walk in.

Hi, I’m Madi and I’m a part of our Front of House team! I’ve been with Omega for over a year, and I’m currently in esthetician school. My favorite service of ours to receive is a dermaplane facial. A fun fact about me is that I love going to the gym (and hitting the red light therapy bed while I’m there).  I’ve been passionate about esthetics for a very long time, and I love getting to chat with any clients that come in to see us, whether it’s your first visit or you’re someone who’s been with us for years.
