THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

  • Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This allows you plenty of time to fill out your client intake form and to meet your esti!
  • Skin Sensitivity: Inform your esti about any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities you may have. This helps us tailor the facial to your specific needs and avoid any potential irritants.
  • Medical History: If you have any medical conditions or are on any medications, inform your esthetician before the facial. Certain health issues or medications can affect how your skin reacts to treatments.
  • Avoid Sun Exposure: Don't get me wrong, we all love our sun but it is best to avoid direct exposure before and after a facial, as sunburnt or overly tanned skin can be more sensitive and prone to irritation during your treatment.
  • Makeup Removal: Arrive at the appointment with a fresh face, free from makeup and other skincare products. This ensures your esthetician can effectively assess your skin's needs and perform the facial properly.
  • Hydration: Stay well-hydrated before and after the facial to optimize your skin's receptiveness to treatments and promote healing and rejuvenation.
  • Downtime: Some facials may cause temporary redness or mild irritation, so for more invasive treatments it's good to schedule your facial when you can allow your skin to rest afterward if needed.
  • Communicate Preferences: Don't hesitate to communicate your preferences during the facial. If a particular product or technique feels uncomfortable, not enough pressure, whatever it may be, we are here to pamper YOU!
  • Relax: Finally, relax and enjoy the experience! Facials are meant to be soothing and rejuvenating, so take this time to unwind and indulge in some self-care.
